EDIH Digital Hub Noordwest hosted a webinar on the opportunities of AI and digital twins for construction, infra and environmental companies. Together with Earth Valley, DigiC and the Province of Utrecht, EDIH Digital Hub Noordwest works on strengthening innovation in the Dutch Utrecht region.
Maurits Hagemans, researcher in our expertise centre, demonstrated applications such as photogrammetry and LIDAR scans. He showed how existing buildings can be converted into 3D objects and discussed the role of these technologies in circular building.
